Young Students
All young students are started with the Suzuki repertoire. Experience shows that younger students with a year or two of traditional piano lessons behind them do well with the Suzuki Method. Initiial emphasis is put on learning to play by ear and developing proper technique, while still allowing the child to exercise any reading skills they may have.
Older Students
I accept older students of any method who display enthusiasm and an ability to read music well. We focus on technique, musicality, improvisation, and composition.
